Overnight (local time) on July 10 - 11, 2012 and July 10, 2012 UTC. Thermally elevated temperature from Shiveluch volcano. see sector wide image at 16:22 UTC and 40 x 40 region around volcano.

at 16:22 UTC, MIR = 23.03 C, background TIR = -1.87C, so MIR is 24.9 C above background.
