Landsat 8 view of Cleveland Volcano, May 23 2013

Very cloudy conditions. RGB composite of LANDSAT 8 channels 7, 6 and 5. (SWIR and NIR), 30 m resolution.

Very cloudy but can see evidence of thermal signals in RGB.

Zoomed in to island, seeing red/yellow signals. Remember in RGB, Red and yellow colors show that SWIR 2 at 2.11 - 2.29 µm have strong signals.

Zoomed in onto 'hotspot'
