Thermal signals from Tolbachik, Shiveluch and Kizimen event from satellite, even though mostly cloudy conditions, May 3 2013

Visible image from 03:25 UTC on May 3, 2013 shows fairly cloudy conditions in the region.

MIR data shows three volcanoes all show thermal signals, each with varying intensity.

Webcams shows fairly cloudy conditions and it is hard to see the evidence of the hot targets that produce the thermal signals in the satellite data. Tolbachik does show some steaming but the view makes it hard to see any thermal signals.
