Webcam time series from Kluichevskoi volcano, October 10 - 11, 2013

Overnight there has been continued activity from Kluichevskoi volcano. This has been seen on four webcams, each with a slightly different view of the activity. Below are some still images from the cameras and animations.

Camera 1

View from the Bezymianny webcam. 18:59 and 19:18 UTC, October 11 2013. Note the incandescence on the face of Kluichevskoi facing the camera. Animation below

Camera 2

View from Kluichevskoi camera 1, 19:35 UTC. Note in the RGB image, the plume as well as the 'red' incandescence. The video time series below shows a weak 'red' signal from the summit region.

Camera 3

View from Kluichevskoi camera 3, 19:09 UTC. This is more zoomed in on the summit. Note as the data shows 'nighttime' conditions, then instead of 'red' incandescence, one can see 'white'. This means the RGB colors are all saturated.

Camera 4

View from Kluichevskoi camera 4, 19:14 UTC. Again shows 'red' incandescence in daytime view and 'white' in nighttime view. The RGB colors are all saturated in the nighttime data.
