Shishaldin Volcano, March 18, 2014 at 21:59 UTC, LANDSAT SWIR > 20 W/m2*strad*μm

I noticed at the USGS LANDSAT-8 had captured a view of Shishaldin volcano, so I thought I would take a look at the data. It was clear conditions so maybe there is sometime at the summit.

SWIR band from LANDSAT-8 in Google Earth, here I have changed the scale of the signal. This has been converted to TOA radiance. So next I zoomed in on the summit of Shishaldin
