Etna volcano, July 8 2014. ASTER view v webcam TIR

ASTER sensor captured TIR signals from Etna at 20:58 UTC on July 8, 2014. Showed max temperatures up to 100 C from the hottest flow. The INGV webcam captured data t 20:57 UTC, just a couple of minutes earlier. Below is a comparison of the data.
